Amazing customer service! For many years we have gone to the BMW dealership to service our Z4 and never were fully happy with our service. We found GermanTech Motorworks through the recommendation of a friend. The customer service was unlike anything we had ever experienced. Both owners greeted us and personally walked us through all the repairs that would be needed. In addition, they took the time to explain every little detail in a way the average person could understand so that we could make an informed decision. The repairs that the BMW dealership quoted us were extremely expensive. GermanTech Motorworks was a refreshing change as Jeff and his team did not try to inflate the repair prices as the BMW dealerships did. We paid for the identical repairs and saved about 60 percent with better customer service and attention to detail to our vehicle. They have a much more professional maintenance staff who are incredibly more knowledge than the BMW dealership. Jeff and his staff are the only ones we will trust with our BMW needs in the future. We actually felt appreciated for our business. Incredible waiting area if you had to wait for your vehicle that is much more comfortable than the BMW dealership. We highly recommend them to anyone we know. So grateful we have found an alternative to a dealership!!!

I went in for a pre purchase inspection and they found a few things that the seller was going to fix. They recommended I check with a body shop about a few other things and they confirmed it had been in an undisclosed wreck and quoted several thousand to fix. They saved me a ton and have my trust.

The guys at GermanTech were very courteous and professional. I took my wife’s 2015 BMW 320 in for routine brake service, oil change and tire rotation. They had the car out of there within 1.5 hours. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. In addition to the routine service, they did a general inspection and gave their recommendations about future service without being pushy or using scare tactics. I will definitely be bringing the car to them again.

These guys are great and very professional. They don’t try to over charge on work done or lie about work needed to just squeeze an extra dollar. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
