Germantech ALWAYS takes care of me. It’s rare to find any place that values transparency and honesty/customer service these days. As someone in the client service industry, I have extremely high standards and Germantech EXCEEDS even my expectations EVERY TIME. Imports in general can be expensive to maintain, but with Germantech I always feel like I’ve gotten a very fair price and labor/service like no one else. This particular service trip was a fast failing battery. The thought of being stranded with my toddler when winter has struck us hit me hard. And they got me in and out in less than an hour, without costing a Fortune!!! Do yourself a favor and use their services to maintain your fav import. You can thank me later.

I haven't driven the repaired vehicle yet (I'm out of town) , but if it runs as well as the customer service has been thus far, I will be ecstatic and a happily returning customer. I had to drop my car off several days before the expected date of service because I was leaving town. I was quoted a repair of 3k, and not only did they get an estimate prepared several days early, but when finished I was happily surprised that they had knocked off 1k because they felt the book estimate was 'egregiously high' putting a grand back into my pocket. THIS is customer service, and will definitely bring me back for any repairs or service needed.

My appointment was for Tuesday morning, so I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon. They called me before close of business on Monday and gave me the results of the inspection and the anticipated costs. As estimated, they finished the repairs by noon on Tuesday and the cost was as estimated. Personnel were friendly and the work was done on time. More than you can expect from many car repair shops these days.

Super friendly and fair. Only place in town that said they could code my Mini Cooper key. Saved me a drive to the Cincinnati dealer and came out cheaper than the dealer quote.

I bought tires and for 20,000 miles the other shops, were not able to get the tires to balance correctly. In just one visit to German Tech they were able to get it right the FIST time!!!! The car was better than when I bought it used. They have my business as long as I own a VW.

First of allow, they have a check everything before you buy a used vehicle for around $200. IMHO this is a must so they can discover what expenses will come up as you buy a used vehicle. Ok on to my experience. First time visitor and I was skeptical. (So many 5 star reviews!?) The service and attention over the phone plus the quote and estimate system is very clear and detailed. I knew my car had a major problem as it had no drive power, as expected many things were discovered. It ended up being quite some total ( I agreed to it) and I am sure it was less expensive than dealership and more thorough than other repair places. By mere volume of German cars being serviced here, you can get an idea the expertise they have. The place from outside looks small, but it massive and with an amazingly comfortable waiting area. Brad was my main contact and he was as detailed and helpful as he could be. I did get a light as I was leaving but it was a loose cable that they immediately fixed. The car feels and drives much better now. I will not hesitate to make Germantech my go to service and repair first contact. I cannot be more grateful! Looking forward to keeping my car in good shape with Germantech!

My Mini needed a bit of TLC so I took it to GermanTech on the advice of folks on a local Mini club FB page. Their service advisor was very professional and answered every question to my complete satisfaction. They finished all of the work in one day and provided me with information on where to obtain the specific brand of oil they used. When I picked up my car I discovered that they'd even given me a matchbox car that matched my Mini as a little thank you; how cool is that? Anyway, would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Jeff and John run a very professional and knowledgeable independent shop. They are thorough and trustworthy as are their staff. If you want it done right the first time look nowhere else for your German repairs, no matter how complex. I trust them to keep my Mercedes and BMW's running strong.
