Good friendly service. I feel I can trust the recommendations as truly needed versus trying to sell me things that the vehicle truly doesn’t need yet. I like the quick turnaround and great communication. I don’t have to constantly call and ask if my car is ready as I used to at the previous place of service. The guys at GermanTech do great work, are extremely knowledge, and friendly but above all, they are honest. I took my BMW in recently. I expected a big repair bill, instead they told me that they had made a mistake on a previous repair, that caused the current issue, and there was no charge. Ever since then, I am customer for life. I can't recommend them more. Go see them, you'll be glad you did.

My R56 Mini needed a four wheel alignment after placing the struts and shocks. I called for an appointment and Sid remembered me from years ago when he was the service guy at Mini of Louisville and from Cars and Coffee. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived for my appointment and they were done in about an hour. My Mini handles perfectly now...better than ever! Many thanks. I highly recommend this shop!
