I first learned of LFM this past summer when the AC in my car went out. Carmax could not fit the car in and of course it went out during the beginning of the heat wave. What we and the shop thought was an easy fix turned out to be a 6 week ordeal. Darn Audis and their fickleness! None the less, the gentlemen were professional and provided hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. I recently had to take the Audi back to them due to a broken engine mount and once again they took complete care of us. Definitely a great group of people running and working at this shop.
