My Mini Cooper was exhibiting vibration at idle that 3 different shops including Mini of Louisville could not diagnose properly. Every shop kept replacing random parts hoping it would fix it. It literary took LFM less than one afternoon to diagnose and completely fix the problem by tightening compressor bolts. What I like about LFM is their fact based approach. They will call you to be present and explain your concerns to their mechanics and proceed to gather facts. then they will show you exactly what is wrong and what is needed to get it fixed. That is a fact based approach with no guessing, which is “exactly” what you want from your mechanic. 5 stars from me.

BETTER THAN AMAZON PRIME Had my dads 2003 Toyota Camry starter and battery die last night. The tow truck dropped it off at LFM around 1AM, and they had it back in my hands before 10AM this morning. They let me know the air filter was severely overdue (which I was aware of), and it was communicated concisely and factually - very positive, very different experience from what I’m used to. Even offered to have a shuttle pick me up from my office, and saved me an Uber. Driver was waiting for me when I got out of my meeting and very friendly. Exceptional communication, personal service, competitive pricing, and impressive turnaround. Earned my business going forward for sure. Very highly recommend.

My wife's 2006 Honda Accord's (never any issues until now) left front axle broke at 3:30pm on Memorial Day. We had our roadside assistance tow the car to LFM Service, simply because it was close to home and they had great reviews. I called early the next morning and they had it in the shop diagnosing the repair already. They were finished by 10:30am and the cost was more than reasonable. Great job! Thanks

Nice and friendly customers service, price is reasonable and lowest than dealership body shop. They do very very good job on vehicles. I recommended to come to LFM service when you have any problem with your cars. Great job LFM.

Excellent customer service. The service rep was very attentive and kept me informed at regular intervals. I was informed of timeline expectations and the car was repaired earlier than anticipated. I would definitely recommend LFM Service.

After going to LFM Service now for the 2nd time, I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. Their staff is professional and courteous and their work is the best around and they are fast. They even had a courteous car to drive me to the airport when I dropped my car off at no cost to me! They also kept me up to date every step along the way to make sure I was informed of what needed to be fixed, why and what the cost was.

Had new tires installed on my car at LFM. Actually the second vehicle I have brought here and have had tires put on. As usual, top of the line experience and professional work. Jerry is always polite and thoroughly explains what they have serviced on my vehicle. I trust these guys with my vehicles. They are honest and let you know what is wrong and what they recommend. This place is worth it because of the quality of service, experience and relationship they build with you. Thanks again LFM!
