I took my car in after I got several warning lights that came on. I have a warranty through Carmax and it was actually Carmax who recommended LFM to me. I walked into the shop and it was the nicest auto shop I have ever been in. They have free sodas, snacks, coffee etc. They also had a variety of magazines, including Better Homes and Gardens and Saveur, which I really appreciated. I looked around and there were certificates on the wall of BMW and Mercedes training certificates. Then I started looking at all the cars outside, and I realized that they were all fancy cars. It looked like this a place where people who know about cars go. I know nothing about cars! I practically have a sign on my forehead that says please take advantage of me, because I don’t know any better. I started fearing that this place wouldn’t accept my little Chevy Cruze. I met with Jason who was incredibly friendly and professional and eased all my fears. He said he would let me know in a couple of hours what was wrong with the car and he was true to his word. The next day after the warranty people called him back, he left a voicemail and said I actually needed to go to a Chevy dealership because it was covered under a different type of warranty. I called the Chevy dealership before I talked to Jason because I feared I would get there and they wouldn’t actually cover it. There was no need though because JASON HAD ALREADY CALLED- just out of the kindness of his heart. This company sees much nicer cars than mine and was now making no money off of my car, but Jason still went above and beyond for me. That is truly amazing customer service!
Erin, thank you so much for the review and the kind remarks. Hopefully you will think about us for any of your services and we look forward to assisting you in the future.
