GermanTech MotorWorks went out of their way to assist me with an issue I was having with my VW Touareg. I do not live in Louisville so their willingness to work with me so quickly is an example of their outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!!!

You probably drive a German car because your passionate about it and GermanTech is passionate about delivering service to their customers. If your looking for a local independent shop with the expertise, experience, and tools you need to look no further. Jeff and his team were very thorough in their service and suggested ways I could save money on upcoming regular maintenance. They were able to give me answers to my questions and returned my car in a timely fashion. You could pay more for this level of service from the dealership, but you wont find anyplace more dedicated to making sure you get the value for your money than GermanTech MotorWorks. Highly recommended.
