Louisville German Auto Repair

Just got some parts from Germantech to do my glow plugs and module on my own. Was honestly going to get parts online but they had parts at comparable prices and could have same day. Perk was one of mechanics heard what I was doing and called to tell me to check condition of electrical fitting that can go bad at my mileage. Since I head intake off he suggested I check the fitting. Truly appreciate the extra distance they go to take care of their customers. Thanks.

I have lived all over the US (now in Louisville). I can say unequivocally that the team at GermanTech MotorWorks has been by far the best auto repair shop I have dealt with. Sid and Jeff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all...HONEST. Their prices and labor rates are competitive and reasonable. They don't try to "sell" you on repairs you don't need and are honest about what services you should consider; without any devious pressure tactics. Their appointments do run a couple of weeks out however, they have always been on time with completing my service and prompt on calling me when my car is ready for pickup. GermanTech has my business for as long as I am still living in the area!
