BMW owners, this is the place you want to bring your baby. I had a drivetrain malfunction light come on during my evening commute last night. I pulled over, called GermanTech, and John told me what I should do. After waiting some time, and restarting my 335i, the same malfunction code appeared. I brought my car in first thing this morning. I told Sid what was going on and he said they'd at least get a diagnostic check done before the close of business today. After all, I didn't have an appointment scheduled and simply showed up. But, by 11:30, I had a diagnosis of my problem. The 1st spark plug failed due to a crack in the porcelain which toasted the ignition coil. I had my spark plugs replaced by GermanTech less than two years ago. Sid called to tell me it was all covered under warranty, saving me hundreds of dollars. I was expecting a bill of at least $200 and hoped it wouldn't exceed $1,000. I paid $0 because these guys are honest. I will never have either of my BMWs serviced anywhere else. Neither should you.

These guys are 110% on point... Quality, value, professionalism and punctuality... Louisville is lucky to have these guys. The work they performed on my Mini was worth every penny. Having formerly raced in the SCCA Solo Circuit, I have dealt with a large number of mechanics both (domestic and import) and I have NEVER been treated as fair... As equal... Or with as much respect.
