My first visit to GermanTech for my 2020 BMW X7, and they did not disappoint with excellent customer service! A very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. I will definitely be using them for all my future work.

Just had GermanTech Motorworks perform some repairs and maintenance on my BMW. Great work from the techs and the front desk. The service advisers were very nice and easy to work with. They had no issues with me performing the work I wanted to do myself and they took on the tasks I could not complete. Will return for future work for sure.

Fantastic staff. They never treat me like a girl. Everything is explained well, options are given, questions I have are answered. I get treated like a peer and my appointments are efficient. Pricing is fair and transparent. Will always recommend the crew at GTMW with zero hesitation.

Excellent work as always, all of my concerns were listened to and addressed during my recent service visit for my 2006 325i. The technician and service writers were attentive to what needed to be done and made sure things were done properly the first time. I was given multiple options for repairs and the pros/cons for each option. Whenever there is something I can't do, or simply don't have to time to accomplish, I will return without hesitation.

Received great personalized service being able to talk directly to the very experienced mechanic who worked with me on an electronic “ghost” problem that keeps coming back after each of 3 “fixes” done elsewhere. Hope this is the final “fix”.

VW owner and spent $2000 at dealership to eventually find GermanTech as the only resource I will ever go to from now on. They properly diagnosed the issue (rusted coil spring) that was causing other components in the suspension system in my Passat to fail. They were professional, thorough and competent. Also Bridget is amazing and took such good care of me - she works hard and cares about the customer. Never will I go to another place as long as I own my VW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! a side note....a dealership rotated my 4 tires last month and in addition to the suspension issues, I began to notice a signifigant vibration when driving over 60. Come to find out that said dealership only put ONE - yes ONE lugnut on the right rear wheel. So I am driving for the past month this way, UNBELIEVABLE. I will never go to a VW dealership - only GERMANTECH...!!!!! hope I got my point across in this review......(smile)
