10/28/24 Update: Mr. Means, we received your credit card chargeback pertaining to the diagnosis work that you approved, signed for, and paid for. I've tried reaching you again with no luck. It’s understandable to feel frustrated, especially given your extensive background in the automotive industry. Charging for multiple diagnostics is unfortunately required at times based on what the car presents us, that's why you were asked to approve additional time after the initial diagnostics operation, as the vehicle required some deeper electrical testing to determine the cause of the starting and running issue at hand. We are also happy to be able to offer loaner vehicles, we just didn’t have one available at the time of your visit.
