Louisville German Auto Repair

I was a first time customer of German AutoWorks this past Mon. They kept me informed about what they'd found needed repair and when my car would be ready. The waiting area was clean, had free snack and water and was right adjacent to Brad's desk, the man who kept track of the repairs. He was friendly and answered all my questions. My car was finished when he said it would be and it even got a wash job!

I trust GermanTech MotorWorks with my 2006 Mercedes Benz SLK 350. She purrs like a kitten. Their estimates and diagnostic work have been excellent, and they take into consideration the customer’s needs and the car’s age/value/etc. when recommending services. The team is courteous and professional, and they have a very clean, nicely appointed waiting room.

Professional staff: My service request and details were already pulled up for my appointment. The advisor called my extended warranty company to see if any of the work would be covered (some of it was). The waiting room was very clean and comfortable; offering guest WIFI, beverages and snacks. The work was completed in a timely fashion with quality and care. My overall assessment is that this was a great experience and a good alternative from the BMW Dealership. The pricing is fair value and the quality of workmanship will have you back on the road with peace of mind. My business just found a new home.
