HORRIBLE! Took my car in for a computer issue ran a diagnostic and quoted me more than I had even paid for the car for stuff that was completely unrelated to the problem and frivolous. Told me that I needed a new FRM module to fix my blinkers, windows, brights ETC which confused me since I have never had a problem with any of those systems before including when I pulled into their lot using my blinkers and that was until I got in my car and none of the before systems were working, I had no blinkers no windows no brights and no interior lights they told me I should take it to a Mini dealer to have it fixed for free only for me to drive 2 hours to a dealer and then quote me 800$ for a fix that I didn’t need until I took it into their shop. I will no longer do business with them and tell everyone I know to do the same. If I could give negative stars I would.

Unfortunately the FRMs are very common on these cars but we were re happy to find it's still covered from the factory on your car so there would be no sale from us on that (see below). As for the other items that we recommended, we find it better to bring items of need to your attention and provide estimates for said repairs; it's better for you to know what's needed now and what is going to be needed in the future than not know at all. This is especially true in cases when people are taking their MINIs to shops that aren't fully versed with the brand, Meineke in your case, where they don't always know what's common and what to look for; they or someone prior to us even installed the intake manifold improperly and left several bolts loose.
