Mr. Means, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It’s understandable to feel frustrated, especially given your extensive background in the automotive industry. Charging for multiple diagnostics is unfortunately required at times based on what the car presents us, that's why you were asked to approve additional time after the initial diagnostics operation, as the vehicle required some deeper electrical testing to determine the cause of the starting and running issue at hand. We are also happy to be able to offer loaner vehicles, we just didn’t have one available at the time of your visit. If you’re open to it, I would love to discuss this further and see if there’s a way to make things right. Feel free to call me at your convenience or we can talk when you pick up your car.
