First time customer here. Recommendations given for car. Not to pricey. Love it..

Had previously used them to install my new OEM transmission replacement, which they did an excellent job on, coming in under 2k less than my local Mercedes-Benz dealership (James Motor Company) quoted me. New springs/control arm bushing installation wasn't quite as smooth due to a mix up in billing information (which was straightened out), but still look forward to doing business with them in the future nonetheless!

Fantastic- it is so hard to find mechanics for German cars at a reasonable price. They were helpful- there was no hard sell and the work was done correctly. I schedule work when I come in to town- they are worth the wait.

Great service and very honest staffs in this repair shop. They tried their best to think the best interests of customers and help customers save money on the repair service. Also, they helped customers to communicate with warranty company and process the paper work required by the warranty company. Highly recommended! They fixed my old BMW X5 in a nice way.

This was my first time as customer and was very impressed with the service received 100%. My issue was straight forward, they obliged quickly, efficiently and more than fair in regards to billing. I will recommend them to others, I will use them as needed for my own needs, thank you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about GermanTech. My mini cooper broke down on my drive from Michigan to Florida and I had no idea where to take my car. I had to be back at work and did not have time to camp in Kentucky while my car was repaired. I found GermanTech on the mini cooper website. I texted them on a Sunday while they were closed and they responded within minutes that I could have the car towed and fill out the after hours key drop envelope. They were able to work my car in on Tuesday for diagnosis. The inspection was very thorough, but they were honest about the things that needed to be done now and the things that could wait. My car was fixed on Wednesday. They worked with me to invoice and pay electronically and remotely and had my car waiting and key in a lockbox for pickup after hours the following Sunday. So although I've never met these people and may never use them again since I don't live in Kentucky, I hope they get lots of business from the locals and from anyone else who has the misfortune of breaking down unexpectedly in the Louisville area. Top notch mechanics and unprecedented customer service!
