Great to work with.

My son has 2016 jetta se 1.4t. It had some small annoying check engine light problem. The codes were contradicting each other. It's been a week and so far so good, including installation of new KN air filter intake system. Very thorough and polite. Will be taking my mom's Mini to them soon, to get it looked at, cause trusting people to do it right and communicate is key. With some of these cars out here, that require specialized equipment and training. Just to work on them. Thanks again Chris

Professional shop, top notch work. Good and Honest customer service. The cost of labor (knowledge & experience) is a little steep. But for the quality of work done and the fact that the vehicles here are luxury models I believe it’s fair.

I recently bought my first VW GTI, I love my car!! I called 5 to 6 other “tuning” shops in the Louisville area before speaking to brad at GermanTech, Brad was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He informed me that the first thing they do before adding more power is a full inspection of the car, I think it cost me $50 with coupon that Brad helped me out with. NO OTHER SHOP I SPOKE WITH OFFERED THIS! At first I was hesitant because I wanted that money to go towards my tune, but I’m glad I did get it inspected because my vacuum pump had a very small leak. I was out of a car for a day and half but these guys told me it would be around 12 the next day before it would be ready because they had to order the pump, Brad called me at 11:30! They worked super fast and very efficient. My GTI feels like a v8. They put my car back together very nicely and clean! The new shop they just moved into is immaculate! Super nice waiting area, snacks and coffee. The VW mechanic did a great job! This place is just outright awesome. Going back soon for a install on cold air intake and turbo inlet. (They even helped me find the right setup for my car, via text message!) Thanks guys! And see you soon!!!!

Used GermanTech for the first time, and I could not be more pleased with the service. Drop off was fast and friendly. I am a huge fan of the online estimate and invoice system. It is so clear and does not involve a long or pressure filled phone call. Service was done well and within a day. I will be back, but hopefully not too much.

I have a 2017 BMW X3 that has several aftermarket modifications, part of which is a PS2 turbo and a Jordan custom tune. 1) It had a slipping in the (clutch/transfer case). 2) The turbo was falling off at higher rpm's. 3) (transmission malfunction faults occurring) 4) (BOV/Diverter valve faults) 5) Waistgate out of adjustment. 6) New tires, rotors and brakes. The relentless warrior (John) addressed each and every issue as he worked his way through the car correcting one problem at a time and he also worked with 3 other companies that have been involved throughout my journey. I MUST add a very special thanks to John as one of the issues was the turbo inlet pipe. With the PS2 installed it needed a larger inlet pipe and unfortunately there wasn't an aftermarket pipe that fit my car. John fabricated one to perfection on a Saturday from his own home on his own time. Many thanks to a very talented and dedicated fella. Bridget was awesome at the front desk keeping me informed on each step of the way. Bottom line,,, My car feels like new and yes,,,,, It's way faster and not 1 issue now:-) Many thanks to all Germantech employees that had a hand in getting my car where it is now... You guys are awesome!!!
