Jeff and staff did a great job educating me on the how's and why's of rod bearing replacement. Once I decided to move forward, GTM kept me updated on the progress and did a great job explaining the results with a nice presentation of my old rod bearings. Very professional friendly people to work with and always stand behind their work

Jeff and John were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when my E60 M5 was in a accident. They worked with the body shop that was handling my claim regarding mechanical issues which included reprogramming the battery and syncing the adaptive headlights. They are always willing to answer your questions from preventative maintenance to performance upgrades. Also, I recently had new tires installed w/ alignment and the car is back to how it felt when I left the dealership parking lot. Can’t recommend GermanTech enough for their overall customer service and like minded enthusiasm for these machines.
