Took my 2017 BMW X3 in for some required maintenance, which was quite a job, requiring two days to complete. While working on the thrust arm bushings, a leak was discovered on the right front axle where it meets the transfer case. Was contacted by Brad and said it could be addressed at that time. Love GermanTech MotorWorks!! Highly recommend!!

GermanTech is absolutely fantastic. I have been going there for year at this point. Whether to just buy top quality oil for my on oil changes or repair services, these are the people that you need to see. Everyone at GermanTech is a pleasure to deal with and willing to help you how ever they can. They have even called me when they are ahead of schedule on a few other vehicles and gotten me in early then I was originally scheduled.

We had my daughters 06 bug towed to the shop because it was overheating. We knew it was probably the water pump, but needed to have it checked out. Sure enough it was the water pump, along with some other issues. They kept me informed every step of the way, and even sent a video of one of the issues they found. They didnt have an available appointment until the end of the month, so we had it towed there so they could work on it when they had time. It was towed there Friday evening, and the bug was ready to be picked up on Wednesday! It runs great, and my daughter is very happy to have her bug back!
