First visit and the staff made me welcome. Routine service 40K VW service. Quoted rates texted to me and work done quickly. More personal than a dealer. I will have the car serviced With German Tech from now on.

They got my Mini problems diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Explained what was going on and kept me updated with the status of my repairs. Really like how they can send everything to you via a text message so you know exactly what is going on. Very very very happy with these fine people and won't be taking my Mini anywhere else.
